Today, we celebrate the well-deserved promotion of one of our own – Sherif Zakaria, who will be taking on the role of Service Delivery Manager.
Sherif has been a cornerstone in our operations, demonstrating exceptional dedication and skill in managing service delivery accounts. His contributions have been instrumental in enhancing our processes and ensuring a seamless interpreter/client life cycle experience.
In his new role, Sherif will be directly reporting to the Global Service Delivery Director. He will be responsible for overseeing our service delivery accounts and working closely with Service Delivery Account Managers (SDAMs). His primary focus will be on streamlining and enhancing the intercommunication and operations between our service delivery teams and support functions. This key position is vital for our continued success and growth, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency.
