This Partnership Agreement sets out the terms under which Kalam and the Partner Organization agree to collaborate to promote remote interpreter opportunities to eligible bilingual and multilingual candidates.
The purpose of this partnership is to help qualified bilingual and multilingual candidates apply for remote interpreter opportunities with Kalam.
Kalam will provide the official job application link, QR code, digital assets, and promotional materials. Kalam will also manage the candidate review, assessment, selection, onboarding, and communication process.
The Partner Organization will support the program by sharing the opportunity with its community through available channels such as emails, social media, events, job fairs, awareness sessions, posters, or QR codes.
The Partner Organization understands that submitting an application does not guarantee employment. All candidates are subject to Kalam’s language demand, assessment process, quality standards, and hiring requirements.
The Partner Organization may use Kalam-approved materials only to promote this opportunity. Kalam’s logo, content, QR codes, and digital assets should not be changed without approval.
Candidates should apply directly through Kalam’s official application form. The Partner Organization should not collect or share candidate personal data with Kalam unless agreed in writing.
This partnership does not include fees, commissions, or financial obligations unless separately agreed in writing by both parties.
Either party may stop the partnership at any time by written notice. After termination, the Partner Organization should stop using Kalam’s promotional materials unless Kalam gives approval.
