About the vacancy
We’re excited to announce a new Interpretation Trainer role for Native Spanish speakers
Requirements
Native Spanish speaker with C1/C2 proficiency in English (written and verbal).
1+ year of experience as a trainer (preferred).
1+ year of experience as an interpreter (OPI/VRI) (Required).
Minimum 6 months of tenure with Future group.
Proven ability to manage classroom training (virtual).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Duties & Reponsibilities
Deliver a pre-defined training program with expectations to adapt according to Trainee’s Performance while pursing program benchmarks.
Incorporate self-study sessions with live sessions by utilizing our LMS abilities with the objective of a more engaged learning experience.
Develop/enhance all needed manuals, guides, PPTs and program materials or content.
Review self-study sessions of the “On-Boarding Training Program” & same for the “Technical Training Course” to give recommendation for our E-Learning team to edit or add or replace any content that affects the overall intended learning message.
Maintain a database of all training related materials and suggest/share updates or enhancements with fellow trainers while keeping all material updated in the designated shared area or LMS.
Coordinate and monitor Program enrollment, schedules, logistics, testing & Satisfaction surveys.
Monitor/Review/Coach Trainee’s Adherence, Performance & Compliance to company standards and procedures as well as performance benchmarks during training sessions.
Report& Maintain training records and performance activities, attendance, tests results, 3rd party certification, and retraining requirements.
Share Trainee’s Status with the concerned parties and being ready to provide constructive feedback when requested.
After final testing, Foster trainees during their shadowing period while inviting Guest speakers from different departments before final handover.
Maintain Training KPIs represented in (Training Attrition-Conversion-Satisfaction)
Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development to be applied in learning techniques.
Perform other related learning development tasks as business required.
